Questions people ask before booking
The ones we treat routinely: ants, mice, wasps and hornets, cockroaches, spiders. A few jobs carry honest limits, and we say so before you pay. Mosquito treatments reduce populations rather than eliminate them, for instance, so we won’t guarantee a bite-free July evening. Every exclusion is printed on the quote.
On recurring service, it runs between visits: activity returns before your next scheduled stop, the re-treat is free. On one-time jobs the window is stated per pest on your quote. A wasp nest removal, for example, covers that nest, so if the colony rebuilds in the same wall void that season, we come back.
We escalate instead of repeating. Ant baits get rotated, resistant German cockroach populations get a different gel formulation, and stubborn rodent activity gets a second exclusion pass looking for the gap we missed. If we genuinely can’t solve something, we’ll tell you straight and you won’t be billed for the failure.
