Questions people ask before booking
It’s an inspection with a price at the end. The tech shows you what they found, droppings along the sill plate or frass under a window frame, then quotes the fix. Say no thanks and that’s the end of it. Nobody calls you every Tuesday afterward.
For visible, simple problems, often yes: a wasp nest under a deck rail, ants on the kitchen counter. Rodents and anything in a wall void get quoted in person, because the price depends on entry points we have to find first. Phone estimates come with the caveat that seeing it might change things. The written quote after inspection doesn’t move.
For exterior issues, no. We can inspect the foundation and eaves, then call you with the number. Anything inside, mice or cockroaches or fleas, needs someone to let us in, and our evening slots until 7pm exist for exactly that reason.
