Questions people ask before booking
Actually free. If we find something, we’ll quote it on the spot, and you’re welcome to decline, plenty of people do, and some inspections end with us recommending nothing at all. Fair warning: the tech will point out conditions like clogged gutters or firewood against the siding, because those cause the problems we’d otherwise be back for.
We can’t see through drywall. If droppings, staining, or sound point to something inside a wall or under a finished basement ceiling, we’ll tell you what the evidence suggests and what confirming it would involve. This also isn’t a formal wood-destroying-insect report for a real estate closing, that’s a different document, and we’ll say so up front if that’s what you need.
Often the same day if there’s room on the route, and we book Mon–Fri 7am–7pm, weekends 8am–4pm. During the spring rush from April into June, next-day is more realistic. Dispatch will give you a straight answer when you call, not a maybe.
