Questions people ask before booking
No, and be suspicious of anyone who promises it unconditionally. It depends on where the trucks already are, so morning calls have the best odds. Most days we can fit an urgent stop in; on the days we can’t, you’ll know within the phone call.
There’s no rush fee, the price is the price of the work. One caveat: some problems can’t be finished in one fast visit no matter who you hire. Ant baiting needs time to reach the colony, so a same-day start sometimes means a scheduled follow-up.
Anything with sting risk near a doorway, a mouse in the kitchen, roaches spotted before a showing or an inspection, call, and we’ll triage honestly. Bed bugs are the exception worth naming: they require prep work on your end, so a same-day visit there is a first step and an assessment, not a finish line.
