Pest Control in Apple Valley, Minnesota

Most of our Apple Valley work happens where kids play. Ant trails across the driveway, wasps under the playset slide, a mouse in the garage by Halloween. Family neighborhoods from Palomino Hills to Cobblestone Lake run the same rotation every year, and we plan around it.

  • Ant trails along driveways, patios, and kitchen slabs from May through August
  • Wasps nesting in playsets, deck rails, and grill covers
  • Mice slipping into garages and mechanical rooms at first frost
  • Boxelder bugs and lady beetles piling onto south-facing siding each fall

Why Apple Valley families choose Ankora

Kid-and-pet conscious

Products and placements chosen with swing sets and dogs in mind, and we’ll give you the real re-entry times instead of a vague “it’s fine.”

Around your schedule

Weekdays 7am to 7pm, weekends 8 to 4. Between practices at Kelley Park and everything else, we’ll find a slot that works.

These exact blocks

We’ve treated homes from the older streets near the Minnesota Zoo entrance to the new builds around Cobblestone. The pest calendar barely changes; our timing is built on it.

The Ankora guarantee

Inspections cost nothing, and we’ll check the playset and fence line while we’re at it. Covered pests come with a re-treat guarantee, so if the ants re-run the driveway trail in July, the return visit’s free.

  • Same-dayscheduling available
  • $0re-service between visits
  • 25+Twin Cities communities
  • Freeinspections, always

Questions people ask before booking

With correct placement and dry times, yes, and we treat a lot of yards exactly like yours. We’ll tell you plainly how long to keep kids and pets off treated areas, usually until things are dry. We won’t claim anything we apply is zero-risk; nothing is, which is exactly why placement and timing are the job.

Store sprays kill the ants you see and often split the colony into several, a thing called budding, which makes next month worse. The colonies live under slabs and in the yard where over-the-counter products don’t reach. Baiting works, but one visit rarely ends an established network. A season plan is the honest recommendation.

An exterior treatment in September, before they mass up, cuts the numbers a lot. Full disclosure: some always make it into wall voids to overwinter, so a few sluggish stragglers on a sunny January day is normal even after a good treatment. That’s biology, not a failed job.
