A 12-month agreement mostly protects companies whose treatments don’t hold. Ours have to, because if you’re not seeing results you’re free to walk, and we can’t afford to coast.
One-time jobs welcome
Yellow jacket nest in the soffit? Pavement ants coming up through the garage slab? We’ll handle the single problem and leave it at that. Nobody will push a quarterly plan you didn’t ask for.
Honest recommendations
If one fall exclusion visit would prevent the mice you call about every October, we’ll say so. If ongoing service is overkill for your house, we’ll say that too.

Just a service authorization for the day’s work: what we’re treating, what we’re using, what it costs. It covers that visit, not the next twelve months. Recurring service exists if you want it, and even that is month-to-month.
No. Some companies discount the first visit and make the money back on months eight through twelve, which is why they need the contract. Our pricing doesn’t work that way, so the rate is the rate.
Some do. German cockroaches usually take two or three visits, and mouse exclusion often needs a follow-up check on the sealed entry points. We’ll tell you that up front with a per-visit price, and you can stop after any visit. Most people finish because it’s working, not because paper says they have to.
